You can obtain your boarding certificate at one of our airport counters or the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.

A boarding certificate can be issued after boarding up to 15 months from the date of purchase of the ticket (limited to tickets purchased as an e-ticket).
When making an inquiry, please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or reservation telephone number.
If you contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center, it will take about 1 week to 10 days for the boarding certificate to be delivered.

[For flights departing on or after May 19, 2026]
Boarding certificates are available via the Solaseed Air website, at the airport counter, or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
They may be issued within 12 months from the date of e-ticket purchase, after boarding has been completed.
When making an inquiry, please provide your “Boarding Date,” “Flight Number,” “Passenger Name,” and “Reservation Number or e-ticket Number.”
If you contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center, it will take about 1 week to 10 days for the boarding certificate to be delivered.
