Miles are automatically credited.
*If you make a new reservation for a flight operated by Solaseed Air separately from your existing ticket, you can earn miles, but this will not be automatically credited. Please contact the Solaseed Smile Club Office.

＜If you change to a flight not operated by Solaseed Air＞
・In the event of a cancellation or delay caused by Solaseed Air, such as aircraft malfunction, mileage will be credited. However, since this is not subject to automatic mileage accrual, please contact the Solaseed Smile Club Office.
・In the event of a cancellation or delay caused by bad weather or other factors, we regret to inform you that mileage will not be credited.
