The flight I was due to board was canceled due to bad weather. Can I carry out the procedure for a bank transfer or refund at a place other than an airport counter?

Bank transfers and refunds can be made at the Solaseed Air website and the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
If the reservation record is different for changes or refunds made due to a return flight taken as a result of a cancellation of the outbound flight, please contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center .
