I was unable to board my flight due to a sudden illness or injury. Can I make changes or claim a refund?

If you are unable to travel due to illness, etc., we will take the following actions.
For more details, please contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.

* If you want to change your reservation or claim a refund, you will need to submit a medical certificate from a doctor.
* You can change your reservation within 30 days counted from the day after the scheduled boarding date.
* We will not charge the Refund Handling Fee and Cancellation Fee associated with changes and refunds.
