How can I get a refund on my ticket? And is there a deadline for the refund procedure?

The ticket refund period is as follows:
・Fares for which the reservation can be changed: After a ticket has been purchased, a refund can be provided within 30 days as calculated from the day after the planned departure date for the reserved flight.
・Fares for which the reservation cannot be changed: After a ticket has been purchased, a refund can be provided within 30 days as calculated from the day after the planned departure date for the reserved flight.

In the case of refunds claimed at the customer’s convenience, tickets cannot be refunded on the Solaseed Air website after the scheduled boarding date.

Customers who purchase a ticket from a travel agency (including airline ticket comparison websites) or anywhere other than Solaseed Air directly, cannot claim a refund at one of our Solaseed Air counters.We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the place you purchased the ticket regardless of the payment method.
