From the homepage, click the “Search Reservation” button, select the applicable reservation period, and conduct your search.

On the Reservation Confirmation page, select either “Reservation number” or “e-Ticket Number,” enter the required information (see below), and conduct your search.

　■ When searching by reservation number: Enter “Reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters*) / Passenger: First/given name / Last/family name.”* If you applied through a travel agency, etc., the number provided by the agency may differ from Solaseed Air’s reservation number. For your Solaseed Air reservation number, please ask the counter where you made the reservation.

　■ When searching by e-ticket number: Enter “e-Ticket Number (13 digits beginning with 205*) / Passenger: First/given name / Last/family name.”

* If the number is shown with a hyphen, such as “2050000000001-002,” please enter the 13 digits before the hyphen.
