Even if I enter the relevant information on the reservation confirmation page, the message “No corresponding reservation” is displayed. What should I do?

Double-check the name of the person who made the reservation and the flight number.
If the name of the person who made the reservation was entered using letters from the English alphabet at the time of the reservation, please enter the name using letters from the English alphabet on the reservation confirmation page as well.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.
