The confirmation number is a 9-digit number that you will be notified of after purchasing your ticket.

If you purchase a ticket on the Solaseed Air website, the confirmation number will only be displayed once on the payment completion screen.
If you purchase at a convenience store or an ATM that supports Pay-easy, it will be described as either “Transaction Statement/Receipt”, “Transaction Statement”, or “Receipt” issued at each convenience store or ATM.

The confirmation number is the authentication code required for boarding, changing reservations, receiving tickets, or claiming refunds.
Please make a note of it along with your reservation number and keep them safe.
