[For customers who saw the indication “We have accepted your application. We will check the content”]
For reimbursement of advance payment of expenses such as accommodation and transportation expenses, we will check the content of application in order upon acceptance.
It normally takes 10 to 14 days until we send an e-mail for “Information regarding the receipt of compensation” after checking.
* It may take 1 to 2 months depending on situations, including when delays and cancellation have occurred in many flights. Thank you for your understanding.

Once again, please check if you have received an e-mail titled as “Information regarding the receipt of compensation”.
If not, it is possible that you have entered the wrong e-mail address in applying for the compensation.
