I have applied for the compensation. Where can I check the application status?

Please check the application status at the “Check the application status” in the “Application Form for Compensation” page.


For reimbursement of advance payment of expenses such as accommodation and transportation expenses, we will check the content of application in order upon acceptance.


* It normally takes 10 to 14 days from checking the content to processing it.

* It may take 1 to 2 months depending on situations, including when delays and cancellation have occurred in many flights. Thank you for your understanding.

 If you have already submitted the application through the website for application within 30 days from the scheduled departure day of your reserved flight (the day when cancellation/delay occurred), we will continue to process your application even after the application period has passed. Please do not worry about it.
