I applied for compensation and entered the information on the “Customer Information Reference” screen, but an error occurred. Why dose it happen?

In the case when an error occurs even though you enter the correct confirmation number / passenger number / compensation application number, the following cases are possible.

(1) You are not applicable to the subject of compensation you can apply for. Those who can apply for compensation are limited to the customers who boarded on the flight that resulted in delay / cancellation / diversion, or the customers who were informed by Solaseed Air about compensation (reimbursement for expenses).

(2) You have entered the information for multiple persons.

For a part of compensation, it may not be possible to apply for multiple persons simultaneously. If you have entered the customer information for multiple persons, please apply by entering the information for each person.

(3) You are a part of customers who can not make application through the website for application for compensation.

There are some cases where application for compensation through website is not available, such as the customers who purchased flight tickets through foreign travel agency, or a part of customers whose itineraries include transit to international flights.
