I selected the method of receiving compensation from receiving by bank transfer / receiving at Lawson /receiving at Seven Bank ATM, but I can not log into the exclusive website (the website for applying for bank transfer).

Please check again the login ID and password written in the e-mail regarding the login procedure for the exclusive website. If you are still unable to login upon checking them, please contact the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center. Additionally, the deadline of application for compensation is for 30 days from the operation date when the flight you reserved (or you boarded).
