Rechargeable portable fan is acceptable as carry-on or checked baggage.

Please take the following measures if the fan is to be carried as checked baggage.
・Turn off the power completely.
・Take measures to prevent accidental activation or damage.
(e.g.: packing in a strong suitcase, protecting with clothing, etc.)
*Lithium-ion batteries with a watt-hour rating exceeding 160Wh are not allowed in carry-on or checked baggage.

Same as the restriction on mobile batteries, these are not allowed in the checked baggage.
Please bring these items on board with you.
