Your pet(s) will be loaded into the cargo hold of the plane.
The cargo compartment has the same air conditioning equipment as the passenger cabins, so the temperature inside the cabin is maintained at about 15 to 20°C.
Rest assured that even after you check-in at the check-in counter at the airport, we will keep your pet(s) in an air-conditioned environment until they are placed on the plane.
