Certificates for canceled flights, delayed flights, flights with destination changes, and flights that return to the departure airport or perform an emergency landing at the nearest airport can be obtained at one of our airport counters or the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.

Certificates can be issued from flight services 6 months ago to flight services the next day.
When making an inquiry, please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or reservation telephone number.
If you contact the Reservation and Information Center, it will take about 1 week to 10 days for the certificate to be delivered.
