You can obtain your boarding certificate at one of our airport counters or the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.

A boarding certificate can be issued after boarding up to 15 months from the date of purchase of the ticket (limited to tickets purchased as an e-ticket).
When making an inquiry, please provide the boarding date, flight number, passenger name, and reservation number, confirmation number, or reservation telephone number.
If you contact the Solaseed Reservation and Information Center, it will take about 1 week to 10 days for the boarding certificate to be delivered.
