This discount is available to passengers aged 12 years or older who meet the following conditions.

・An individual who has received a physical disability certificate, war disability certificate, rehabilitation certificate, or a mental disability health welfare certificate
・One caregiver traveling on the same flight as the eligible passenger (one person).
