A boarding certificate for departing on or before June 9, 2026, you can make a request at Airport counter or through the Solaseed Air Reservation and Information Center.

Can I do the check-in procedures at the airport after the online check-in service starts?

Procedures can be completed at a Self-service Check-in Machines or the airport counter.

Customers who fall under "Reservations that are not eligible for online check-in" will not be able to check in online. In such cases, please complete the necessary procedures at the airport counter on the day of your flight.
