We cannot accept cages made of rattan, wood, or fabric as they are, so we will store your cage inside one of our prescribed cages.
Alternatively, you can check in your pet(s) in one of our prescribed cages.

About the environment inside pet cages During the aforementioned period, the ventilation inside pet cages will be poor and dangerous for the animals, and therefore we do not accept live animals kept within a cage placed inside one of our prescribed cages or in a covered pet cage.
